The focus for this week's story is cause/effect and the strategy is to summarize. The test will be Thursday. Speed drills are due Wednesday.
Grammar:
We are learning about nouns, quiz will be Wednesday.
Spelling:
List #6 post test will be Tuesday. Dojo points for each extra night they are practiced (written). Sight word list #5 test next Friday.
Math:
We will be focusing on using hundreds, tens and ones blocks to display numbers. We will be taking a small quiz Wednesday on place value and base ten blocks. Unit 2 Test Friday. Homework Monday - Thursday night.
Science:
We are starting our study about weather. We will be keeping a daily weather journal by graphing the current weather conditions.
