Reading: 
Test #3 - Main Idea - will be Thursday.  Fluency passage due Friday.

Spelling:
No spelling list this week.  Next week's focus will be on consonant digraphs (ch, sh, why, th, ph, and trigraph tch).

-Grammar- We are going to take a step back and learn the four different types of sentences, starting with declarative (.) and interrogative (?).

-Math- The next unit focus will be on place value.  Homework Monday-Thursday.

-Social Studies- There will be a quiz tomorrow on rural, suburban and urban communities.  Then we will be learning our address and more about our geographical location.

Reminders: 
Our nightly homework will consist of a math sheet, review the spelling and vocab words, and reading fluency passage.  Some nights I will also send home a decodable reader.  Please take time to read it with your child and also model reading (fluency, expression, etc.).  Remember the most up to date homework can be found on my homework blog.
